Family
Hazrat Sultan Bahoo (RA) married four times and had eight sons and one daughter. During last three centuries since Hazrat Sultan Bahoo (RA) passed away, his family has extended to approximately 250 people.
Pious Wives
1 – Hadrat Sultan Bahoo’s R.A. first wife was from the family of Hadrat Makhdoum Burhan Langar Makhdoum R.A. Hadrat Makhdoum R.A. was vicegerent of Sheikh Baha-ud-din Zakaria R.A. According to one legend Hadrat Makhdoum R.A. was Hadrat Baha-ud-din Zakaria’s son (Munaqib-e-Sultani)
2 – Hadrat Sultan Bahoo’s R.A. second wife was from Awan tribe (Munaqib-e-Sultani P.29)
3 – Hadrat Sultan Bahoo’s R.A. third wife was from close family within Awan tribe (Munaqib-e-Sultani published 1389H)
4 – Hadrat Sultan Bahoo’s R.A. fourth wife was from the family of a hindu sage. She got married after reverting to Islam

4 – Sultan Saleh Muhammad (Did not have any children)
5 – Muhammad Sultan Ishaq (Did not have any children)

8 – Muhammad Sultan Hayat (Passed away during infancy)
9 – Mai Rehmat Khatoun R.A. (daughter)
During last three centuries since Hadhrat Sultan Bahoo R.A. passed away, his family has extended.
1 – His eldest son’s, Sultan Noor Muhammad bin Sultan Bahoo R.A., family is settled in Basti Qazi near Layyah and their primary occupations are publishing and farming
2 (a) – Family tree of Sultan Azmat bin Sultan Muhammad Hussain, from His second son Sultan Wali Muhammad, is as follow;
Families of Ghous Baksh and Rab Nawaz, from Sultan Haji Sharif Muhammad’s family, are settled in Ahmadpur Sharqiya near Rahim Yar Khan. They are custodians of the shrine of Hadrat Sultan Azmat bin Sultan Hussain bin Sultan Wali Muhammad. Their main source of income is offerings on shrine and farming
Children from Sultan Noor Muhammad bin Sultan Muhammad Hussain bin Sultan Wali Muhammad are settled near old Shrine of Sultan Bahoo R.A. (Chah Samundari). Most of them are affiliated with spirituality and farming, some of them are public government officers
Children from Sultan Hafiz Muhammad bin Sultan Muhammad Hussain bin Sultan Wali Muhammad are settled at current Shrine. They are custodians of Shrine of Hadrat Sultan Bahoo R.A. Their main source of income is from farming and some are also working as government officers
2 (b) – Some from Muhammad Yar’s family, second son of Sultan Azmat, live near Shrine of Sultan Bahoo R.A.
3 – Some of the children from Sultan Latif Muhammad bin Sultan Bahoo R.A. reside in Sabzal Kot near Bahawalpur. They spent life in hardship and anonymity and eventually passed away
It is important to note here that only three of Hadrat Sultan Bahoo’s son had children. Current remaining family is from his two elder sons Sultan Noor Muhammad and Sultan Wali Muhammad.
Sultan Muhammad Abdul Aziz R.A. bin Sultan Fateh Muhammad bin Sultan Ghulam Rasool bin Sultan Ghulam Meeran bin Sultan Wali Muhammad bin Sultan Noor Muhammad bin Sultan Muhammad Hussain bin Sultan Wali Muhammad bin Hadrat Sultan Bahoo R.A. migrated from Chah Samundari and settled at current Shrine of Sultan Muhammad Abdul Aziz R.A. where His sons Sultan Muhammad Safdar Ali R.A., 6th Sultan ul Faqr Sultan Muhammad Asghar Ali R.A. and Sultan Muhammad Farooq R.A. spread light of Ism-e-Allah Zaat. Sultan Muhammad Muazzam Ali is alive and lives at Shrine.
Elder son of Sultan Muhammad Asghar Ali R.A. Successor of Sultan ul Faqr Hadrat Sultan Muhammad Ali sahib is Custodian of Shrine, Chairperson of Islahi Jamaat, Heir and Beneficiary of Faqr e Muhammadi is spreading the treasure of Ism-e-Azam to masses with probity.
An annual Congregation is held at this Shrine on 12th & 13th April, renowned religious establishment Jamia Ghousia Azizia Anwar e Bahoo R.A. is also situated here (Quranic teaching and memorising work is on-going at this Jamia).
World renowned Muhammadia Hadaria Sultania Awan (Horse) Club is also based at this Shrine.
